Alma Ella v. 2
This pattern has been updated (February 2011) to include written instruction for Charts A and B.

5/7/11 ERRATA: There is an error in the written directions. The slip1-k2-psso should read slip 1-k2tog-psso and the slip1-p2-psso should read slip 1-p2tog-psso. Pattern has been updated.

This shawl begins with a cast on of 601 stitches. The lace border is worked first. Then, through the main section, 4 stitches are decreased every other row to the end.

The left and right sides will decrease to form the straight edge of the shawl. For a consistent and pretty edge, closely follow the methods written in the key.

(I knit loosely ~ you may need to go up a needle size!)
