Is there anything so satisfying as knitting a baby sweater? I have to admit, I rarely have the opportunity to do it, but when I do, I wonder why I knit anything else!
BABY ANGELUS is a sweet cardigan with an innovative construction, both fun to knit and surprisingly quick. Beginning with a garter tab cast-on at the lower back, the cardigan grows up and around the body. This version uses a beautiful sport-weight yarn and has a range of sizes.
I began the sizing with babies in mind, but soon carried on, so you can knit one for even your most grown up kiddos.

YARN
I used La Bien Aimée Merino Sport (100% Merino wool; 325 m/355 yds per 100g skein) in colour way Winter Garden; 1 (2, 2, 2, 2, 3) skeins.

If substituting yarn, you will need sport weight yarn, approximately:
100 (120, 145, 170, 190, 215) grams
325 (390, 470, 555, 620, 700) metres
355 (425, 515, 605, 675, 765) yards

I chat about the cardigan in the latest episode of the EastLondonKnit Podcast
