Hold two strands of fingering together. You will need about 175-200 yards of each color.
The fingering colors being used alone and combined is what really gives this hat its distinctive look.

US 6/4mm 16” circs and dpns for brim and body of hat.
US5/ 3.75mm dpns for Icord ties.

Starts off as flat striping then goes to in-the-round for the body of the hat.

For the advanced beginner knitter on up.

Skills: holding 2 strands at one time, k2tog, k2togtbl, slip 1 with yarn in back.

Errata: The size small stitch count at the end of the edging section should be 106.
