The Breacan cushion cover is a slightly less formal take on the familiar tartan pattern, designed to fit a standard 41cm square cushion pad. It is knitted in four shades of chunky, self-patterning yarn, making it a quick but satisfyingly pleasing knit. The subtle colour-changing background reminds me of a beautiful, shifting night sky viewed through a window.

Additional gauge: 17 sts x 18 rows = 10cm in stocking stitch tartan pattern on 6.5mm needles
