A brume is a mist or fog, much like the kind that forms over the sea or on the beach in October through January. This hat is inspired by that image, with the cables twisting like the clouds as they hang low over the land during the day. Sized from infant to large adult, with clever crown decreases to maintain the cables to the top, there is enough complexity to keep the interest of the knitter and please the wearer as well.

Materials:
approximately 120 (150, 180, 205) yards / 110 (140, 165, 190) meters DK weight yarn

Skills Required: Knitting in the round, increasing and decreasing, cabling.
