This quick knit cushiony cowl is a great first brioche pattern. You will find yourself knitting this in various yarns and lengths! The brioche stitch is completely reversible and is very squishy as it’s a double-sided stitch pattern. The scarf can be made in any length and using just about any yarn weight for varying levels of scrunchiness and to wear with anything from silk blouses to casual sweaters. Knit it up in a worsted weight and your favorite guy (and children) will love to wear it to stay warm in winter. I knit this one in a silk lace weight that dresses up anything I wear it with. Warning: Brioche knitting is addicting…..enjoy!
