About the pattern:

The blouse is knit top down with a round yoke.
The neckline is worked flat in ribbing with a small slot in the one side, this will be closed with a crochet bridle and a button.
The yoke is worked in stockinette stitch and a row of purl bumps.
The bars in these purl bumps will be used to make the curlicues.
When the yoke is done, the blouse is divided into body and sleeves and increases below the chest will make a nice tunic style.
