This pattern is currently down for maintenance and is not available for sale.

After I was asked about modifying my design, Ice Queen to knit flat, it occurred to me that a more summery Queen would be just the thing!

I’ve named this scarf Delta Queen, after a grand old riverboat that cruised the Sacramento Delta. She is a hotel now, but if you squint your eyes just so, you can still see the glamorous ladies in their silks and sequins cruising the river of an evening. I’m sure one of them was wearing a scarf just like this.

This pattern is knit in two halves and grafted together in the middle. Both written instructions and charts are included.

The scarf is 17 inches wide at each end and 10 inches in width through the center section. Length is 72 inches. Uses 980 beads.
