After designing the Prairie Star Cardigan, we had requests for the pattern in a smaller size. Using our Sport Weight yarn provided the solution!

This unique cable creates a beautiful, fluid, allover pattern when knitted in the offset manner of this pattern. Knitted from the bottom up in one piece to the armholes, the cardigan has set-in sleeves and shaped shoulders. The neckline edge is a simple rolled edge, and a simple single crochet finishes the zipper front edge.

The Cardigan can also be knitted as a vest. Yardage for the vest is 850 (975, 1050, 1350, 1450) yds.

The cardigan was designed to be worn close to the body, for a tailored fit.
