A companion design to Véronik’s Gelsomina Aran Pullover (also included in our Fall 12 collection), these pretty wristwarmers are a great project for a single skein of Loft. Their simple shape and construction is also perfect for new cablers wanting to hone their skills.


CONSTRUCTION
Wrist warmers are worked flat sideways, and then seamed together using the Joinery Bind Off.

MATERIALS
Approximately 120 yards of fingering weight wool yarn
1 skein of Brooklyn Tweed Loft (100% American Targhee-Columbia Wool; 275 yards/50g)

GAUGE
Working and Finished Gauge: 24 stitches and 26¼ rows = 3” in cabled pattern (stitches 12-35 on Chart) with Gauge Needle; before and after blocking

NEEDLES
Gauge Needle: One pair of straight or circular needles and spare double pointed needle in size needed to obtain gauge listed
Suggested Size: 2¾ mm (US 2)

FINISHED DIMENSIONS
8” circumference; 5½“ length; measurements taken from relaxed fabric after blocking
