This Honeycomb Pillowcase is knitted in a Honeycomb pattern using two different colors. The yarn is our popular VIOLETTA YARN, DK-weight made from extra fine merino fibers and it is superwash treated for easy care.

This is a very easy project and great for beginners to learn how to knit with two yarns. It is important to knit a swatch and you need to watch the Gauge for a nice fit over your pillow filling. If you knit the size 14 x 14 inches you will be able to finish 2 pillow cases, but work the colors in reverse. Otherwise there is enough yarn for the 16 x 16 inch size or even larger or for a rectangle shape.
