I'm Walking On Sunshine
How do you feel about a toe-up pattern with a gusset heel construction that’s just a bit different, sprinkled with some cables and laces in an intarsia panel?
Grab some yarn, one in a bold colour and one with stripes : the first to use as a high contrast and the other to make it shine: it’s knitting time!
Overview
This is a sock pattern starting at the toe that includes an intarsia lace panel knitted in the round, it features a strong heel construction using short rows. All steps are described for the Magic Loop technique.
If you’re a knitter used to knit two socks at a time, please note that due to the intarsia panel on the back of the leg, it is strongly advised to knit one sock at a time, at least for this section!
