Create a design in two colors that looks complex, but it really as simple as garter stitch!

Working one color per round, you simply switch up the segments of knits and purls in a way that makes two distinct stacks of color. Capped off with a fairly flat top, this makes a great toque-style beanie in a unisex style.

Work it in school colors for a fan hat or longer for an interesting fold-up brim.
