Latvian Braid Booties incorporate traditional Latvian braids and either simple colourwork or corrugated ribbing on the cuff to produce cozy & colorful booties for toasty & stylish baby feet! Knitted in the round, and started like a toe-up sock, these are a great way to try out some new techniques and will make a perfect new baby or holiday gift.

Pattern gives directions for five sizes (ranging from newborn to 18 months). You’ll only need approximately 45 -100 yards (total) of 3 different coloured fingering weight yarns - this is a perfect opportunity to use up those pretty sock yarn leftovers!

Pattern includes links to both picture and video tutorials of techniques used. Try out a new technique on a tiny and quick pattern that will produce cute booties to keep or give away!
