This baby blanket pattern was created for a dear friend’s first child, a baby girl named Lennon. It’s essentially a chart for the “Smiling Diamonds” lace pattern from Barbara Walker’s A Treasury of Knitting Patterns, which I thought was cheerful and auspicious.
