Livingstone is a seamless jacket perfect for mid-seasons. The garment is mostly worked flat from the top down, with ¾ length raglan sleeves, notched lapel collar, 4 pockets and curved bottom.
The combination of garter stitch and reverse stockinette makes the garment suitable for relaxing and TV knitting.
This cardigan is intended to be worn with positive ease for a comfy fit.


Finished chest measurements : 34 (36, 38, 40, 42, 46, 48) inches/86 (91, 97, 102, 107, 117, 122) cm

Materials
MC: Noro Kogarashi (51% Silk, 49% Wool - 165 yards/151 meters per 100 grams; shown in shade 21), 4 (5, 5, 5, 5, 6, 6) skeins. The yarn is discontinued. A good replacement could be Noro Obi or Nadeshiko.
CC: Malabrigo Worsted Merino (100%wool – 210 yards/192 meters per 100 grams; shown in black), 1 skein
or approx.
MC: 650 (700, 730, 770, 820, 890, 950) yards/595 (640, 668, 705, 750, 814, 870) meters of chunky yarn.
CC: approx. 100-150 yards/91-138 meters of worsted weight yarn.

  • 36” /92 cm or longer US10/ 6mm circular needle or different size to obtain gauge.
  • 36” /92 cm or longer US10½/ 6.5mm circular needle or different size to obtain gauge.
  • US10½ /6.5 mm dpns (for sleeves).
