This is a simple little scarfette that makes the perfect quick last minute gift knit. It can be easily knit in a day. You can wear it plain or dress it up with a brooch, your favourite badge or a big button. Dressy or casual enough for any occasion and small enough to be tucked away in a handbag.

This little scarfette was inspired by the wonderful and very popular Fetching mitts and is published with the permission of the very lovely and talented Cheryl Niamath. This little scarf was originally conceived as part of a matching gift set for my wonderful midwife, Paula.

A skein of Malabrigo Merino Worsted is just enough to create the mitts and the scarfette to match.
