I am on a mission to use up my huge bag of Tosh Merino Light leftovers! This top is knit sideways, which gives you vertical stripes when you introduce new colors. Color the front and the back differently and get two looks since the top is reversible. Color changes are not written into the pattern - they are totally up to you!

Sample is shown with no ease at the bust.

Note: Be very aware of the effects of stitch orientation on your gauge. Because this is knit sideways, the weight of the top may cause your stitch gauge to be looser than you expect. Know your yarn! The Tosh Merino Light used in the sample grew less in this direction than some of the silk and cotton yarns used by testers. If you are not using Tosh Merino Light or a similar yarn, you may want to knit at a slightly tighter gauge.
