This stray cat is a perfect Halloween buddy - knit to gauge, he’s tiny and sweet, but he can be knit in almost any yarn, for a creature in all kinds of sizes! Just be sure to work at a tight gauge to keep all the stuffing where it should be.

Man, I am not entirely sure about my early foray into amigurumi! But for Halloween 2017, I’ve reformatted this older pattern, and this new version--which contains all the Creatures--is available for $6 (which is pretty good if you like amigurumi, since there are three written projects, a bonus tiny project, and a backpack).

The PDF pattern for Stray Cat, Douglas, and Ghosty is the same, and includes written instructions for all three. There are photos to help you assemble your monsters, and some accessories, too! These are pretty simple knits, but that’s part of the appeal.
