Combining the soft cuddliness of a plushie, with the usefulness of a handbag, this fluffy cow crochet pattern might be one of the best things I’ve ever made!

The images in this pattern are of a cow bag I made out of two different colours of Moda Vera Otis Faux yarn with an 8mm hook, and one colour of 4 Seasons Marvel 8ply yarn with a 4mm hook.

Different hook and yarn sizes can be used, however fluffy yarn is crucial to this pattern and I do not recommend using any other type of yarn for the fluffy sections.

Tools needed:
Four coloured balls of yarn (two balls of the Main Colour fluffy yarn,
one ball of the Secondary Colour fluffy yarn, and one ball of 8ply
acrylic yarn)
Crochet hook x2 (8mm for the fluffy yarn, 4mm for the 8ply acrylic)
Scissors
Darning needle
Polyester fill for stuffing
Large safety eyes
One stitch marker
Bag strap with clips on the end (a crocheted strap
sewn onto the cow would work too)

This bag can also hold a small heat pack, becoming an adorable heat pack cover. If using as a heat pack cover, please use caution and ensure the yarn you used can be safely used as a heat pack cover, and never place the cow into a microwave.
