Inspired by the gauntlets worn by Claire in the show Outlander, but after knitting up other patterns, I wanted a more complex cable pattern and a more solid arm cuff than the 4x4 ribbing others were using.

Gauge is not critical except if you want the arm cuff to be snug - then adjust as needed.

A cable needle and tapestry needle for weaving in ends are also needed.

February 2015 - These gauntlets now have a matching hat if you’re interested in a set. The pattern name is “Veritas Vincit”
