This collection includes four accessory patterns: Dauntless hat, Gallant fingerless mitts, Daring open crown hat, and Valiant headband.

Sizing: The hats and headband are available in two sizes: S/M & M/L, the mitts are available in S, M, & L. Please see the individual pattern pages for measurements.

Gauge: 23 stitches and 26 rows = 4” / 10 cm worked on the larger size needles, in the round, in the color work pattern, and measured after wet blocking.

Materials: 4-8 stitch markers & a yarn needle.

Yarn: To make all 4 patterns in the collection, 468 (616.5) yards / 428 (564)m 100% alpaca light worsted/dk weight yarn. Samples shown in Juniper Moon Farm “Herriot;” 100% baby alpaca, 218 yards / 199 meters per 100 gram skein in the following colors:
#01 Talc, 168 (201) yards / 154 (184) m,
#03 Bullrush, 145.5 (192.75) yards / 133 (176) m,
#04 Walnut, 184.5 (222.75) yards / 169 (204) m.

Needles: Size 6 US / 4 mm (or size to obtain gauge) and 5 US / 3.75 mm (or one size smaller than needed for gauge). You’ll need a set of DPNs in each size, but you can also use a circular needle when possible if preferred.
