This pattern has 21,212 stitches in the square version, which is what I’m making. So I should have plenty of the linen yarn for this. This is a different construction than I’ve done before. The outer flowers are made first, then kitchenered together, the inner stitches are picked up and then I knit from the outside in. There is quite a bit of kitchener in the 2019 KAL pattern, so this will give me some experience with that while I figure out if I really want to do the KAL project with size 50 yarn and 000 needles.
