I got three hats out of 438 yards, so that’s 146 yards per hat. Two hats went to DC (to unknown marchers -- I dropped them off at the collection point) and one remained with me for future use.

MODS: I made the first hat strictly according to the pattern, but decided sewing up the sides was silly. The next two hats were made in the round with a three needle bindoff at the top. I imagine Kitchener stitch to close the top would work just as well.
