Notes

November 9, 2025

Oergs - so I wanted to be clever and knit the folded cuff together as I go, but I did not line up the stitches correctly and now it is kind of skewed…

I hope I can get away with it being turned on the back and I pulled it over my head to try - yes, it is still wide enough, so it should work out.

However, would recommend to go with the sewn solution as the pattern tells you to do.

November 10, 2025

Ran out of golden yarn, found the lace pearls in my stash and will use this until the other yarn arrives.

November 14, 2025

Found the blue metallic yarn in deep stash, which I will use now as I ran out of the pearl yarn.

Separated sleeves
Cast on 6 stitches under each arm

November 15, 2025

Ran out of first ball of Tines 5 rows below sleeve separation

November 17, 2025

Reached 40 cm total length (not counting the collar), so app 8-10 cm to go.

November 19, 2025

Started the ribbing at app. 43 cm total length

November 21, 2025

Casted off body using this method I found on Instagram »

Picked up 53 stitches for the sleeve
Will do the decreases at the end like for the Ranunculus

November 22, 2025

Finished first sleeve - did not do any decreases and did the short rows and Icord bind off from the Ranunculus diagonal cuff option.

November 24, 2025

Finished knitting, sewn in the ends. As the Tine yarn has quite a bit of lanolin, I let it soak without any motion in hot soapy water and hope it will solve this out.
