Notes

03-13-2019

I am pretty sure that I have brown cotton yarn already, so I just bought black and white but after finishing Panda, I am not sure whether I have enough brown (or whether I actually know where it is) so I may have to go back to the store. I also had to buy noses but I already had a ton of eyes, since I bought a value pack online last year and have not made any amigurumi since.

I should have used a smaller hook, I think, because the white stuffing is visible through the black sections and is particularly noticeable on the legs, which makes sense since I stuffed those pretty firmly.

I am fairly happy with how the panda turned out although the muzzle could have been shaped better, I will forge ahead with his brothers and try to read my notes.

Once I got the hang of it, they went pretty quickly although I did have to go buy a skein of brown yarn before starting on Grizz. I had barely enough Polyfill and the bears are a little lumpy in some places but overall, I am pleased with how they turned out and they stay in a stack, so that is good.
