Rachel bought the yarn for a hat for her. It picks up the colors of the orange pompom she had bought. I am happy to knit it up since that was what I wanted for my birthday: yarn with project requests grin

CO 90 sts on US# 8 for a bigger head.

I switched to US#7 needles in the third round of the final ribbing.
Decreased the four extra stitches in the second st st round after that.

Errata : I think there may be a typo where it says to begin crown increasing.
It says 3 more rnds st st ( 5 rnds total after the last st st rnds), should probably read “5 rnds total including the last 2 st st rnds.
