I am in love with this blanket!

As I would like to make something different with this pattern, I chose three different colors from the Scheepjes Colour Crafter yarn. It’s a very good acryl quality and I love crocheting it.

The aim is to avoid too many ends to weave. I am sure you will agree! I started with the black (Ede) yarn, crocheting one row (both the foundation chain and first row are in black) and then changed to pink (Amersfoort) for the second row, and then in very light beige (Barneveld) for the third.

I went on crocheting every row in a different colour. The Trio Blanket pattern from Susan Carlsson inspired me. I made two of these and I really liked the technique.

I think I will make many of them as gifts for family and friends. There is a lot of (too many?) shades from the Colour Crafter yarn in my stash and this pattern is a fantastic stashbuster as well.
