I love New York, especially for colorwork. If knitting again, I would probably omit the first set of bobbles, maybe both, or at least use a smaller bobble. (Pattern does not specify; I used 7 stitch crochet hook method.) Would also make the largest size--forgot to accommodate my hair, so it is a little snug.
