14 rounds 1x1 rib
36 rounds plain st st for the leg

heel flap and turn per pattern (worked over half my stitches -- 24, the second half of the round).

30 rounds for the foot, then toe decreases every other round until for five sets and then one more dec round (24 stitches remaining) then kitchener

I actually frogged the first sock back to the heel flap. Too long of a heel flap led to too much fabric in the gusset and around the foot.

Instead of heel flap until 15 garter ridges, I did heel flap until 12 ridges. Heel turn per pattern. Picked up 14 stitches along each side of heel flap.

Gusset dec every other round.

Knit foot even for 36 rounds.
