Needed some knitting for a road trip, and I had been meaning to remake this pattern for a while now.

I honestly don’t remember how I did the first pair of these I made. So I’ve ripped back this sock so many times to try and get it right. I finally settled on shadow wraps for the short rows and this seems to be going well. I just have the toe left to do on the first sock, and then it’s on to the second.

I still don’t fully understand what the pattern wants me to do when I get to the end of the wedges, so I’m improvising in a way that makes sense to me. I knit the wedge as specified until the end of the last purl row before the ends of the wedge would overlap. I then turn and knit as normal, but then knit to the end of the wedge and continue into the two straight rounds. This seems to work okay.
