dragonfly + black border + red lace. slate and red alternate for stripe? beads on lace, borders.

Tip: for the stitch markers during the stripes, put one type of markers for the first half of the shawl (I did m1r ala Cat Bordhi toe increases), and a different kind of markers for the 2nd half (I did m1l)
