How amusing and amazing making this shawl with variegated yarn is!!

After enjoying looking other beautiful Multnomahs, I vaguely picture my Multnomah I want to make, which should have a plain inner part and an elegant outer with flare.

I think it turned out pretty close to what I aimed.

MODS:
-do 1 center stitch instead of 5 with 3.5mm needle for my ideal inner.
-knit the garter section up to 233st.
-use a bigger needle, 4.0mm for the feather and fan section and do half a repeat (9sts) to get more lace on the centre and the edge, hoping making a little flare.
-I managed 12 repeats of the f&f.
-Knit 1 row then Elastic Bind Off with a bigger needle, 4.5mm/jp8.

This is a KAL project with lovely Japanese knitters, otoyan, kumiko and mejiro1181.
Had great days of knitting it along with them.

内側はすっきり、外側は優雅にのイメージで、少し修正を加えました。
-中心を一目にして、すっきり感を。
-ガーター２３３目で終了。
-ｆ＆ｆは針を５号から７号に上げて、レース部分にフリル感
を少し出してみよう。
-ｆ＆ｆはサイド、中心ともに半分の９目できたら作り始め、レース部分を増やす。
-ｆ＆ｆが１２回できた。
-最後は一段行って、戻りで８号に持ち替えてエラスティック止め。
