This is Rainey fingering’s (slightly) bigger sister. The blend of fibers means it takes dye in unpredictable and beautiful ways. Don’t expect colors to look the same on Rainey as they do on 100% wool yarns, but do expect to love them.

Sometimes knitters complain that knitting with linen feels like knitting with string and is tough on their hands. The Silk and Alpaca content in this yarn means you won’t have that problem -- it’s like knitting with moonbeams. But the linen content means your finished project will have beautiful drape and incredible durability. Linen in the Eqyptian tombs has survived to our time. Anything you knit in Rainey is going to be an heirloom!
