I haven’t received the download link for a pattern I purchased on Ravelry

If you are a Ravelry member, you can find your downloads in the “Purchases” section of “my notebook”


If you are not a member or are having trouble finding the downloads for a purchase please enter your email address into our Purchase Finder at:

If you still need help, please tell us the name of the pattern when writing so we can look into it for you. If you received a receipt, you can forward that to us at downloads@ravelry.com. If you purchased the pattern in a yarn store through our in store sales, please indicate the store you purchased it from.
