I am a published poet and writer.

I am an artist. I make art, toys, clothes and accessories from found/made materials.

I make music from found/sampled/synthesised sounds in a one man electronic band called Fflwcs, and I play ukulele/keys/mandolin in a band called Every Home Should Have One.

I speak Welsh, English and British Sign Language Level 1.

I have lived and worked in Cardiff for about 20-odd years, but am originally from Carmarthenshire.
