A Fairythorn tree in Irish legend is a lone hawthorn tree that protects the environment around it. I chose this name for my business to reflect a connection to the natural world. I love using natural fibres.
Fairythorn patterns are size inclusive with a focus on family friendly patterns for kids and adults. All Fairythorn patterns are written for every Body. Adult garments are sized from at least a 30 inch to a 62 inch chest. Accessories such as socks and mittens are all written for at least 3 sizes, or more.

All Fairythorn patterns are formatted using the British Dyslexia Association guidelines. My website uses accessible controls, giving you control over the font size, background colour, and images. more about accessibility of my free patterns on my blog
My PDF patterns are all formatted for neurodiverse accessibility, and most come with large print options.
