Tip: Find Patterns from Local Designers

Designers can link their Ravelry profiles to their designer pages, and if you have a location set in your Ravelry profile, you can search for patterns that have been designed by Ravelers near you. Tip: Subscribe to Your Favorite Designers
… ’s page and use the add to favorites button to add them to your favorites.
Next, visit the favorites section of your notebook. From there you’ll filter down to your favorite designers and use the advanced search link to go to a search for just their patterns.
Finally, you create a new saved search and make sure to select the subscribe checkbox.
And that’s it! From then on you’ll receive notifications of new results in that saved search – there will be a little blue dot next to the magnifying …

Getting started as a designer

Also, many PDFs are free patterns from designers hosted on their blogs. Designers deserve to have the eyeball time of people actually going to the blog. Search Designers by Country
… country filter being applied by tapping on the filter suggestion that
appears under the search bar after typing in the country name Ukraine.
If you prefer to manually select the filters as you browse, you'll find the Designer country filter
at the bottom of our Advanced Search filters in the

You can also reach any of the advanced searches or your saved searches through the links found in the magnifying glass tab.
Ignoring
The option to hide a specific pattern or patterns by that designer is found on the 3 dot menu under each pattern name and picture on the search results page. They are marked by little ghost symbols. Look for ‘hidden from searches’ in the My Notebook search filter later to un-ignore those.
