Tensen Sweater — Dotted Line Stitch Boatneck Pullover
This sweater features dotted lines (「tensen」 in Japanese) on the body and sleeves. The design is simple, but it adds drape and an elaborate look when worn. The loose-fitting body extends from the wide boatneck. The bracelet-length sleeves and tight cuffs maintain the sweater’s overall balance.
The body is worked flat in pieces from the bottom up, then sewn together. The shoulders are joined using a 3-needle bind-off. The sleeves are then picked up and worked flat to the cuffs.
