Bulky yarn meets a new method of tuck-stitch knitting, resulting in a wonderfully lavish cowl. Seen here for the first time, the Dimensional Tucks technique features stitches that are picked up from the wrong side several rows below and knit together with an open stitch. (Single purl stitches are strategically placed on the stockinette-stitch bands, making it easy to see where you should insert the needle to form the tuck stitch.) Columns of garter stitch add interest throughout. It’s knit in the orange, magenta and orchid shades of Ginga colorway #19.
