A lace sampler mystery knit-a-long for the twelve days following the Christmas holiday. One clue will be released from December 26, 2018 through January 6, 2019, with a new lace pattern each day. The pattern, with lace stitches of varying difficulty, is written for fingering-weight, gradient yarns. Keep up with 12 clues in 12 days and you will have finished a lovely accessory by the end of the KAL.

A spoiler thread is available in the Irocknits Ravelry Group if you would like to see the finished object before committing to the MKAL.

GENERAL INFORMATION

ONE SIZE ONLY

YARN: Fingering weight (approximately 460 yds per 100 g); an assortment of 12 fingering weight mini skeins (20 grams each) totaling approximately 750 yards.

There are currently 4 color kit options being offered by Leading Men Fiber Arts on their website. (Turquoise/gray; Turquoise/Brown; Gray/Yellow; Turquoise/Coral) Solid or tonal colors will work best for the lace patterning used throughout this project. Highly variegated or speckled yarn will probably not be a great choice. Color suggestions are just that, suggestions. Feel free to change it up as you like. You can also knit the sections longer or shorter by deleting or repeating sections of the lace, as you wish, keeping in mind that your yarn requirements will vary, as well.
