Small to X-Large. Oversized.

From the magazine:
Cropped and boxy is the silhouette of the season.
Babb’s flowy batwing top is worked from side to side in intarsia stripes using two different colorways of Noro Koromo to create contrasting blocks of color.
The sleeves are worked in strips that are seemed to form a tube, then set into the armholes.
I-cord edgings streamline the neck, lower edge and sleeves.

There are extra notes about the construction in the magazine.

Also regarding the sleeves: The sleeves are knit from side seam to side seam as indicated in the notes to the pattern. The sleeve length (determined by stitch count) for all sizes is 12 inches, to accommodate the drop shoulder style, and the width changes for the sizes (determined by row count.)
