Do you need a quick project to get your mojo back? Do you need a quick, beautiful gift? Maybe a warm, snugly cowl to that you can wear TODAY? Maybe you’re a new crocheter, and you really want to practice some new skills (hello half double crochet and crochet through the back loop)! The huge hook and jumbo yarn are a combination made in finish-it-fast- heaven.

From chain to finishing, this project can easily be crocheted in an afternoon. My fastest time was 56:40, including breaks for snack retrieval, beverage refills, and to fetch my finishing tools.

Sizes/Gauge
The finished dimensions are contingent on the hook and yarn combination and total yardage available.

If your gauge is 5 stitches/4” with 15.75mm hook and you have 90 yards, your dimensions will be 11” (diameter) x 12” (tall)

If your gauge is 4 stiches/4” with 19mm hook and you have 80 yards, your dimensions will be 13” (diameter) x 14.5” (tall)

** Suggested Materials**
1 Skein Malabrigo Rasta (90 yards) I used colorway Laguna Negra and a Q/15.75mm hook
or
2 Skeins Patons Cobbles (80 yarnds total) I used colorway Frosted Plum and a S/19mm hook
