Here is my pig crochet pattern inspired by the different breeds at my local farm - Acton Scott Historic Working Farm in South Shropshire.

This pattern gives you instructions on how to make Gloucester Old Spot, Tamworth and Large Black crocheted pigs.

I used double knit yarn and size 3.5mm crochet hook and my pigs ended up being 5” long and 3” tall. You could use thicker yarn and a bigger hook, or thinner yarn and smaller hook so long as your work is tight enough.

The pattern is suitable for a beginner using the single crochet stitch throughout and American terminology.
