The Aglow Sweater was designed after a need to use up some scrap was needed. Knit from the top down, you start with a flat neck panel, pick up stitches along the cast on edge, and continue in the round. The combination of the russian join and stockinette stitch will allow this sweater to be reversible at completion! The fabric itself is knit at a loose gauge which allows whatever you decide to wear underneath to peek through. The Aglow Sweater pattern is made to be incredibly versatile as you choose your yarns as well. Use various combinations of textured yarns, solids, speckled, handspun each time you make this, and you’ll have a completely different sweater each time. The marled knitting could easily lend itself to striping by changing even just one yarn as you knit. Modeled and pictured are three different sizes to show how even choosing a different ease can change up the look and feel of the sweater. You have a lot to work with when it comes to the Aglow Sweater. Happy knitting!
