The colours of sunrise & snow-capped mountain peaks inspired this intricate stranded cardigan.

Worked in the round on circular needles and dpns. Incorporates steeks at centre front, armholes, front and back neck edges. Sleeves are picked up around armhole and worked from the top down ending with a folded hem.

Cardigan body band is worked in the round and incorporates button holes and mitred folded hem. Written knitting instructions with charts.

Yarn: Any fingering weight 100% wool yarn of your choice, .875oz/25gm approx. = 115yds/105m. Cover model size XS, was knit with Jamieson’s Shetland Spindrift.

Needles ‘n’ Notions: One (or two for size XS,S) 2.5mm (US 1) 40”/101.5cm circular knitting needle, one (or two for size M,L) 2.5mm (US 1) 47”/119.5cm circular knitting needle, one (or two for size XS,S) 3.25mm (US 3) 40”/101.5cm circular knitting needle, one (or two for size M,L) 3.25mm(US 3) 47”/119.5cm circular knitting needle, four 2.5mm (US 1) double-pointed needles and four 3.25mm (US 3) double-pointed needles or size to obtain gauge. Stitch holders, ten markers, one darning needle & six 3/8” shank buttons.
