Amande is an open-front cardigan worked seamlessly from the top down with lightly gathered set-in sleeves.

A discret motif of purl stitches adorns the body and sleeves of the garment, lending it texture and interest and a gorgeous lace pattern features the front of this lovely garment.

Yarn : fingering or sport weight yarn.

Show in 100% BlueFaced Leicester (400m/100g) by « Big Bad Yarn by Imogene ».

Approx (990, 1120) 1250, 1380, 1430 (1540, 1750) m of similar weight yarn.

Gauge : 26 sts x 34 rounds = 10 cm /4 inches in stockinette on larger needles, after blocking.

Needles: • 3,5 mm US 4 for the body and sleeves.
• 2,75 mm US 2 for ribbing.

Always use the needle size that gives you the right gauge! Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Amande est un gilet ouvert à porter en version courte ou longue selon vos préférences. Il se tricote du haut vers le bas sans couture, ajusté aux épaules, les manches montées sont tricotées en circulaires.
Le col, réalisé en même temps que le reste de l’ouvrage, mélange mailles inclinées et dentelle. Sur le corps du gilet et les manches, un jeu de maille endroit, maille envers vient rappeler le dessin de la bordure. Des côtes torses travaillées terminent le modèle.

Taille :
Aisance recommandée entre 5 et 20 cm.
Taille du vêtement terminé, mesure prise à la poitrine –aisance comprise-: 92, 105 (111, 123, 131) 142, 154 cm.

Laine : Nécessite une laine de type fingering (400m/100g).

Le modèle de présentation a été tricoté avec les laines « Big Bad Yarn by Imogene » dans la base W. Anderson Fingering sw, 100% BlueFaced Leicester environ 400m/100g, couleur «Sage».

Métrage : environ 990, 1120 (1250, 1380, 1430) 1540, 1750 m.
