This adorable angel is a remake of a vintage Bernat stocking from 1986 called “Sweet Angel”. This design will create a beautiful keepsake for any lucky recipient.

Knit with acrylic or wool yarn .
Halo is embellished with metallic gold yarn or DMC gold floss

Wings done with sparkly grey yarn- Caron Party or Mary Maxim Glimmer work well.

Pattern includes: Written stocking instructions, alphabet chart, hints and a color chart of the design.

Intermediate knitting.
No gauge required
finished size approximately 7” x 23”
Knitted Flat and sewn up back seam

You may use any acrylic or wool. I prefer acrylic because of the stiffness and way it hangs, especially if you are going to fill them.
It just needs a scrap amount of yarn for many details.
If you need help charting the yarn, I am happy to do it for you.
