The At the Diamond Shrug came about in the early spring for my daughter’s softball games, where you need just a little something extra to stay warm if the wind is blowing. There is a mock hood, made as more of just a cover for the back of your head because I don’t like the way a hood makes me feel like I am missing something.

This project is made in a dk weight but my testers used both worsted weight and bulky weight yarn and they turned out great! If you choose a different size weight I would recommend going down a size, I will be making up a fall version with a bulky yarn and I will update pattern when I have all the details worked out.
