Athena will begin as an MKAL starting on July 1, 2015, clues will come out once a week on Wednesdays. Join the no chat Yahoo Group to find out when we are dyeing and shipping. We have a Ravelry Group here for contests, spoilers, prizes and chat.

Three patterns in one you will get instructions for making a circular shawl, skirt or poncho. The skirt will have options for ending it in several places to make different lengths. What with Athena being the goddess of wisdom and craft, I couldn’t have chosen a more appropriate name for these patterns. Come to the blog and see how Grecian we go. Your choice of ANY color for the yarn, we will shade it from light to dark. ENJOY!

Hook: US size 18/.40mm which can be found here. It’s labeled as a Lacis 16 but if you watch the video you will see it works on this yarn it’s more of an 18. It’s perfect for the fringe beads which might be difficult on a larger size hook.
